Team member Positions

Front of House

We are a cook up front restaurant so FOH positions include: taking orders, scooping ice cream, docking pizza dough, making pizzas, cutting pizzas, and generally getting to make people happy by serving them delicious pizza! Back of House

We prep the majority of our ingredients in house. BOH team members are responsible for making dough, sauce, shredding cheese, chopping vegetables, doing dishes, and answering phones. Delivery Driver

Never a dull moment, always on the go, getting to bring deliciousness right to people’s front doors! Between deliveries we expect our drivers to be helping in the BOH doing dishes, prepping food, or answering phones. Part-time and full-time applications open at St. Elmo. APPLY HERE!

Leadership Positions

Leadership Development Program

Interested in building your resume towards business ownership or expanding your overall business experience? Mr. T’s is looking for individuals seeking to refine their leadership and business skills through hands-on training, one-on-one teaching, and professional development. This is a 9-24 month commitment to the restaurant where, upon completion, you will be leading for various aspects of the business including: Hospitality, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Financial.

Shift Lead

We are looking for individuals with 2+ years of restaurant experience and a proven track record of leadership. The expectation is that you will be able to run shifts on your own within 3 months of starting at Mr. T's. Future growth opportunities as a Director, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager usually start with shift leading.
